Our policy is to challenge everybody for ID. We require a valid piece of photo identification.

We operate with a club scan system, so a photocard driving license or passport are required at Havana.
You are not obliged to scan your ID but we retain the right to refuse entry if you decline.

We don't have a strict dress code. We simply ask customers to be smartly dressed and be ready to party.

No football shirts, no hats, tracksuit bottoms or scruffy trainers

Admission to the club is at the discretion of management or security. We want to create a safe, hedonistic environment for our club-goers. If you are too intoxicated, haven't got the right ID, or are acting in a manner deemed to be unacceptable, you will be refused entry.

All tickets & packages are non-refundable.

To ensure the safety of the people in the club, we sometimes perform random searches. Anybody found with drugs or weapons within the club will be detained and it will be reported to the police.

We endeavor to answer your questions as quickly as possible. We do our best to reply within 48 hours but it can take longer during busy periods.

If you have lost something at the club, please get in touch via the contact form. To ensure it's returned to you as quick as possible, please give us as much detail about your item as you can. Describe it clearly, let us know when and where you left it (If known) and we will do our best to get it back to you.

Our guestlist policy entitles you to queue jump only. This DOES NOT include free admission.
